Oxenfree
Oxenfree was my final honours piece for my degree show at DJCAD, University of Dundee.
I journeyed to a large, old oak tree in Loch Katrine, the space where I scattered my mother's ashes, and gathered the common flora growing there. I then etched the various species on to acrylic and bounced light through the plates from below.
Oxenfree showcases the joy and abundance of life that is still present in the wake of loss.
